Bright apartment with water views - wheelchair accessible

This tasteful apartment with large windows has free WiFi and a flat-screen TV with DVD player. The apartment, suitable for two people, is located on the border between the Kreuzberg and Neukölln districts and has a beautiful balcony with a view of the Landwehr Canal.

The apartment has an elegant bedroom with a comfortable double bed. In the living room, which has a large window front, there is a large dining table and a comfortable sofa where you can relax. In the open, modern kitchen there is an oven and a ceramic hob. Guests can also make use of a kettle and a toaster for a self-prepared breakfast.

In the lively district there are numerous bars, restaurants and shops. Alexanderplatz can be reached in just eight minutes from the underground station, just 400 meters away.

There is a washing machine in the apartment. The building is equipped with an elevator.

We loved the apartment, the size and look of it, the balcony and view, the location in terms of safety, restaurants and U-bahn. Also, the place was very quiet and the bed very comfortable. What was missing: basic supplies like salt and pepper, coffee maker and most importantly a book of recommendations of neighborhood restaurants, grocery store etc. We have never been to a vrbo that did not provide that and in this situation with the host out of town, it was especially important. However, I will say when I emailed the host with questions she was prompt in her responses.

- Wohnungstür mit dem übergebenen Schlüssel nur schwer zu öffnen - Schlafzimmer für das Doppelbett zu klein, Weg zu dem Bett am Fenster zu schmal - Heizung fast zwei Tage ausser Funktion, Wärme nur aus zwei Heizlüftern, wurde dann dankenswerterweise repariert, genau wie das Leck im Heizkörper im Bad, das eine grosse rutschig Wasserlache verursacht hatte - Ausstieg aus der Badewanne problematisch verursachte -

Zentral, barrierefrei, schön

Die Wohnung hat unseren Erwartungen genau entsprochen. Die Lage ist fantastisch: Berlin lässt sich zu Fuß in alle Richtungen erkunden. Direkt um die Ecke liegen jede Menge Bars und Restaurants in einem lebendigen Studentenviertel. Parkplätze finden sich problemlos vor dem Haus. Über den Fahrstuhl sind wir sorgenfrei in die barrierfreie Wohnung mit dem Rollstuhl gekommen. Das Badezimmer ist komplett ebenerdig ohne Schwellen. Die Küche ist mit allem eingerichtet, was man benötigt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt!

This lovely apartment hidden away in the treetops of Berlin over looking a canal couldn’t have been a better way of retreating from the hustle and bustle of the city. We were still minutes away from everything.. great restaurants, the best bread shop and Ubahn. Carla was great, responsive to questions we had. We would certainly recommend this apartment to anyone!

Schöne Lage mittendrin

Helle Wohnung, kl. Balkon, Aufzug, Fahrrad-Abstellplatz im Garten alles prima. Vor der Tür ist immer viel los, also genau, was man in dem Stadtteil erwartet. Parken, Spielplätze, Einkaufen, Kneipen, alles um die Ecke. Das Mobiliar kommt in die Jahre, etwas mehr Pflege könnte die Wohnung gebrauchen.

Everything that is need , the flat has it. A beautiful view to the cannal . Near restaurants, markets, subway and buses. The living room is very confortable and brigth. the bahtroon is big and eay to move to my husband that has some dificulties to walk. The kitchen very complete, with all you need. The bedroom confortable and bright too, perhaps a litlle small Carla was very kind and attentive all we need. We travel once a year to Berlin and surely go back to this flat

Nüchterne Wohnung in Super Lage

Wir waren zu viert mit kleinen Kindern dort und haben uns gefreut, daß im Wohnzimmer ausreichend Platz ist. Die nüchterne Einrichtung war sehr praktisch. Wir haben uns sofort wieder wie Kreuzköllner im "In-Kiez" gefühlt. Auch dieses Jahr gab er erstaunlicher Weise kaum Parkprobleme. Abstellplatz für Fahrräder im Hof sehr angenehm.

Sehr gute Lage, Grundriss und Einrichtung der Wohnung gut. Küche gut ausgestattet aber doch relativ schmutzig - Kaffeemaschine mit verschimmeltem Kaffee, Kehricht nicht leer, Wasserhahn beim Spülbecken lose. Reinigung der Küche ging vielleicht vergessen, der Rest der Wohnung war in Ordnung.

Die Auswahl der Behindertenwohnung war gut.

Die Wohnung entspricht den Bedürfnissen eines Gastes mit Behinderung. Insbesondere die Badausstattung, auch wenn für meine Verhältnisse die Toilette etwas zu hoch plaziert ist, entspricht dem Benötigtem. Die Ausstattung mit WLAN, TV und Küchenutensilien deckt die Anforderungen für einen Kurzaufenthalt. Auch wenn die Parkmöglichkeit beschränkt ist, ist die Wohnung weiter zu empfehlen.

Very nice and bright flat

Carla's house is ideal for an holiday in Berlin. The apartment is very bright with its large windows while respecting the privacy thanks the protection of trees lining the front of the building. Large living room, kitchen equipped with every comfort and new and spotless bathroom. The only flaw is the master bedroom, very tight. To move to the farthest place is not easy. the neighborhood is densely frequented by Turks and even the shops in neighborhood are of that kind. Despite this there are both supermarkets and restaurants serving European cuisine. The street below is quiet and there's a great bakery below the house which also allows you to make good breakfasts. Links to public transport (metro, tram and bus) are very close and accessible.
