Comfortable apartment in central location

Apartment was comfortable, well stocked, and close to trains and conveniences. You can get around easily to see the sites from the nearby UBahn and SBahn lines. Apartment is in a nice building with community courtyard. Owner was easy to communicate with and accommodating. It was a good place to recharge on our trip!

The apartment is exactly as listed and well equipped. It is in a new and very carefully tended complex with rooms to a quiet patio. It only lacked a high chair for the infant but we did not communicate the need in advance.

Sehr gepflegte Anlage in ruhiger Umgebung mit kurzem Weg zur S-Bahn, netter BƤcker und tolles GewĆ¼rz- und Kaffee GeschƤft direkt in der NƤhe.Ferienwohnung groƟzĆ¼gig und KĆ¼che gut ausgestattet. Es gab mehr als genug HandtĆ¼cher, Toilettenpapier usw. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer war fĆ¼r uns nicht bequem und wackelte beim Hinsetzen, auƟerdem hat ein Couchtisch gefehlt, an dem man hƤtte spielen kƶnnen. Im Schlafzimmer stand noch der WƤschestƤnder mit HandtĆ¼chern. Schƶn wƤre in jedem Schlafzimmer ein Sessel gewesen und es war nur eine Nachtischlampe fĆ¼r 4 SchlafplƤtze vorhanden.Insgesamt wĆ¼rden wir die Wohnung wieder buchen.

Modernes Appartement in zentraler Lage

Die Wohnung war in sehr gutem Zustand entsprechend der Beschreibung und hatte alles was man braucht! Wir haben uns auch in der unmittelbaren Umgebung wohl gefĆ¼hlt! Man ist in wenigen Gehminuten am Alexanderplatz. Die Wohnung verfĆ¼gt zum Essen nur Ć¼ber Barhocker an der KĆ¼cheninsel. FĆ¼r kleine Kinder wƤre ein normaler Tisch mit StĆ¼hlen vorteilhaft.

Lovely apartment

We had a lovely stay at this property. We couldnā€™t fault anything about it and it was the quietest city property weā€™ve ever stayed in. The location was perfect and we walked to all the tourist attractions apart from the zoo where we got an S train from the nearby station. Communications with the owner were also excellent and the check in instructions were detailed and helpful. I would highly recommend this property.

Great Berlin Location

This apartment is well located as we were near many transportation options on the S and U lines. It was easy to get from the airport, and we were going to the Laver Cup, so easy to train or even walk to the Uber Arena as well as getting to all the tours we took. It is also close to the river an numerous beer gardens along it. The location is very residential and so close to grocery and convenience stores as well as restaurants. The apartment is situated in the center portion of the building (4th floor, 5th floor US, nice new elevator) bisecting the courtyard. It is very quiet and peaceful (and we are quiet people) and had a great cross breeze with the windows open. There is construction in the neighborhood and we heard none of it. The balcony is great to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning, or a meal, or just to relax. The residences really go all out on their gardens, so nice views of the courtyard and balcony gardens. The apartment is large and although there is only one bathroom, it is quite large with plenty of space at the sink for all your grooming needs, and great water pressure in the shower. Ofir was very responsive and helpful. I recommend this property and would stay here again.

Best Berlin stay

Came with a group of runner moms to the Berlin Marathon. The apartment was close to transit and walking to multiple restaurants. Adorable balcony and enjoyable space to relax when we werenā€™t touring. The marathon course runs right by the apartment which would be great if you came with family.

Great stay in Berlin

Stayed at the apartment for a week, itā€™s a lovely space and has everything you need. Itā€™s in a great location close to a train station but also walkable to some lovely restaurants along the river. We had one problem during our stay but was able to contact the host without any issues. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

Wir hatten einen schƶnen Aufenthalt. Die Lage des Apartements ist top, aufgrund der guten Verkehrsanbindung, nƤhe derJannowitzbrĆ¼cke. Der Schnitt des Apartements ist sehr gerƤumig und hat einen schƶnen Balkon. Es befindet sich ein groƟer Bildschirm im Wohnzimmer; aber leider kann dort kein aktuelles Fernsehprogramm abgerufen werden, da keine Zulassung fĆ¼r Deutschland besteht. Ansonsten sehr empfehlenswert!
