"During a work-related stay spending two nights here alongside partner resulted positively, the bed suited us both offering comfort meanwhile air conditioning regulated temperature amid hot spells close Hartford Civic Center region"

"Though compact, this room had key features like fridge & microwave adding convenience. Location close to I-91 handy as well within reach of local attractions easily accessed by car or on foot at leisure time nearby"

"Got here just before midnight, found it quiet with an air conditioner that did its job fine. Bathroom offered usual toiletries and seemed fully operational. Location is nice because shops are within walking distance after checking in."

"The accommodations fulfilled everything I expected!"

"Noticed that the TV remote was ready with batteries which saved time. Air conditioning kept things comfortable quietly."

"Good value for what you get here: basic room, free WiFi, convenient location near shops."

"This property was very clean and comfortable; a nicely remodeled apartment in an older home. We had family members staying in one of the other apartments, so it was great to have them so close, but still had privacy. The location is conveniently located with plenty of restaurants nearby, and a short drive to fowntown dining and shops. Karl was an excellent host, griendly and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!"

"We really enjoyed our stay and the check-in/out process was easy. The location, decor, and parking were great. We were very grateful there wasn’t a list of cleaning or chores to do before we left. I don’t know if this is the best property for elderly people. The stairs are hard to navigate and don’t have a bannister all the way up, the rugs and thresholds between rooms are tripping hazards, the floors slant, and the level of the bottom of the tub is lower than then floor. These are all things...

"I had wondered about the amenities. the coffee pot was not cleaned , actually had mold in it , and the carpet was lifting at one corner, where i kept tripping on it. I certainly appreciated the rest ! As it was during the turkey holiday and easy to find through downtown Hartford "

"Felt like coming home. Moved out of state 20 yrs ago. "

"This property had an extremely strong cat/ litter box odor. It was also pretty buggy- we found many bugs alive and dead throughout the house. AC or humidifier machines leaked. My friend thought she heard scurrying throughout the upstairs room. Many of the items like mirrors were hung too high to be usable. The home fulfilled our purposes for the weekend but I would not return."

"This was a great apartment for my wife and I, who were looking to do some kayaking in the area. Our host Kristen was very helpful and available for anything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!"
