"Really great house: comfortable, clean, spacious! The only thing that was a bit annoying is that the porch is not covered and we were literally covered with the foliage from all the surrounding trees. Therefore, we couldn’t use the porch for eating, which was such a pity as we wanted to fully enjoy the nature and the wonderful weather. But, again, the house is great and really well maintained. "

"We really enjoyed our return to L'Auvent and it was even better the second time which is hard to believe.Super clean and sophisticated. Excellent communication as always. Hopefully we will be returning soon as we love this place and this town. Southern coney for pancakes, Nectar chicken waffles, Relish Mongolian beef and wonton soup all an easy bike ride away. not to mention the beach and Coligny shopping a block away. 5+ star stay."

"We enjoyed the condo and the million dollar views. Inside condo was very clean, bed is comfortable and kitchen is well stocked. Condo feels very specious, perfect for couple or small family. We did not use sleeper sofa so unsure if it is comfortable. Easy beach access from Condo and there is a pool also close to building. We would highly recommend this condo. Not a fan of the barn door for the bathroom, because it doesn’t provide enough privacy. Would be nice to have bath soap provided. Overall, a good value."

"Overall this was a sweet, well decorated duplex home close to a beach and historic Beaufort. We enjoyed the nearby boardwalk to the Cypress Wetlands bird sanctuary. The home was appointed with everything we needed including comfy beds. The area is full of interesting history and beauty!"

"This is not ocean view/ocean front. You can walk a short distance or ride in a golf cart shuttle to beach. All was clean but checkin difficult. Gatekeeper didn't have my name to give me my parkng pass to allow entry, had to call owner & wait awhile for response. ( they shud be awaiting your arrival near their phone to help w any probs upon checkin) It was getting dark & difficult to see apt & bldg #s & this place is HIGE I had to ask ppl staying at this property to help me find this apt....

"We stayed in the south building and it seemed newly renovated. Love the “beach” Colors in the room along with the small kitchenette and the double bathroom sink (with one outside the toilet area). Very clean, staff were attentive, beach was terrific! Location was very good too. My only suggestion - there is a $40/day resort fee. That SHOULD include beach chairs or the use of bikes. While I appreciated the ability to park and the other small perks included in the fee - most of those are standard...
