"Just had our second stay here and looking forward to our next one. Room was very clean and comfortable and lovely and warm. Big super king bed and very comfortable. It's handy having the Bar and Restaurant on the same property if you don't feel like going far....we had a nice meal there and the young Bar Man there was just brilliant, could not have been more helpful and caring. "On the positive side, communication was excellent with quick replies via WhatsApp. The bed was very comfortable, the room (Parisian Garette) looked cosy, and the nearby café had friendly staff and nice cakes - pastries cold though. Unfortunately, there were many small issues that negatively affected the stay. The pizzeria, café, and spa are advertised as hotel facilities but are actually separate businesses, which feels misleading. The Wi-Fi was advertised as 25+ Mbps but only reached around...

"I am afraid the experience was like 30 years ago. The rooms are clean but very dated. New bathroom though. Biggest issue was heating. We arrived at 3pm to a cold room. They had to change the heating timer for the whole hotel to warm our room … or so we were told. Later at 8-9 in the evening when we returned to our room the heating was already off again and the shower was Luke warm. The following morning was fine though. "

"Had previously read the reviews for the hotel and decided to give it a go. On arrival friendly welcoming. Got to room, smelt a bit of smoke. TV the size of a small PC monitor. Outside light on all night lighting up the room even with curtains closed. In the morning no heating until 0645. Tried to have a hot shower, no hot water despite running water for 5 minutes. "
