"LUV" House on the Shore of the Lake in Streu

Our vacation home “Luv” is located right on the water and offers an exceptionally idyllic setting—even by Rügen standards: On a small peninsula on the southern shore of the Kleiner Jasmunder Bodden, you’ll experience nature, wide-open spaces, and pure tranquility. Surrounded by water and countryside, you’ll enjoy a vacation experience that’s especially close to nature.

Several terraces and loggias allow for undisturbed time outdoors—whether enjoying breakfast with a view of the Bodden or winding down the day in the evening sun.

Located between the Baltic Sea resort of Binz and the town of Bergen, this vacation home combines absolute tranquility with convenient access to nearby attractions: The fine-sand beaches, restaurants, and promenade in Binz, as well as shopping, cafés, and cultural attractions in Bergen, are just a few minutes’ drive away.

Living & Well-Being

The heart of the home is the spacious living area with a modern, open kitchen featuring a cooking island, a large dining area, a wood-burning stove, and a cozy couch area with a TV and a view of the greenery.

The first floor also features:

a bedroom with a double bed, TV, and an en suite bathroom

a guest restroom with a washer and dryer

Upstairs, you’ll find two more spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed and TV, as well as a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a window.

From the gallery with its loggia, an impressive view opens up over the Bodden landscape all the way to Lietzow—at night, you can even see the beacon at Cape Arkona.
A special highlight is the wellness bathroom with a sauna (including infrared heaters) and a bathtub—ideal for relaxing after an eventful day.

The attic features two single beds as well as a workspace with a desk and a stunning view of the Bodden. Of course, free Wi-Fi with a fiber-optic connection is available.

Accommodations

The Luv vacation home offers comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 8 people (two additional cribs available).

If needed, the neighboring “Lee” vacation home—with two additional bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the attic—can be booked as well—ideal for up to 6 additional guests.
