Ferienhaus Benz/Usedom

The holiday home, a former barn, stands separately on the owner's residential property. A fully fenced area of approx. 300 square metres has been set aside for guests. The holiday home is comfortably furnished with a combined living/dining room (leather sofa, dining area, LCD TV, hi-fi system, landline telephone, holiday library with books and CDs, hatch to the terrace), a complete kitchenette (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, various kitchen appliances), 2 bedrooms (each with double bed and wardrobe, TV, cot can be added), shower/WC with underfloor heating and towel dryer as well as a utility room with washing machine (5 EUR/day if required). The house is heated by central heating and a wood-burning stove. There is also a collection of works by the painter and Bauhaus professor Lyonel Feininger. There is a car park on the property, a terrace with barbecue facilities, a play area and a dining area with awning.

The total price includes: Final cleaning, water and energy consumption, landline telephone and internet use. Bed linen and towels can be brought along or rented on site.



Benz, the village surrounded by wooded hills on the Schmollensee, is one of the most beautiful villages on the island of Usedom. Attractions include St Peter's Church and the Dutch windmill. There are restaurants, bike hire and a children's playground in the village, and the Schmollensee offers good fishing opportunities. The Achterwasser with its bathing beach is approx. 2 km away, the Baltic Sea beach (Bansin seaside resort) approx. 6 km and a golf course approx. 4 km.
