LAY OUT: La Casa Blanca is a two storey villa. On entering there is a space on the right to park two vehicles. A few steps lead up to the front door. As soon as we enter we have an open space with a guest toilet on the left, and on the right a double bedroom en suite with its bathroom equipped with a shower. The living-dining-kitchen area is very spacious and bright thanks to a direct access to the terrace with two large designer armchairs and a low table. To our right two sofas to enjoy the wonderful views and a dining table situated next to large windows to enjoy the spectacular surroundings. A kitchen equipped with the latest appliances, and a second round dining area to share dinner in a very elegant atmosphere. Going down the stairs, we will have access to the lower floor. It has four bedrooms, two of them with a double bed and the other two with a double bed. The distribution of the rooms is optimal, offering comfort, tasteful decoration and privacy for each guest. Three of the rooms on this level have direct access to the terrace with the swimming pool. Three bathrooms with shower, one of them en suite, are also located on this floor.



EXTERIOR: La Casa Blanca has several outdoor spaces to enjoy the open air at different times of the day and evening. A covered terrace to protect us from the sun and offer freshness, a barbecue, a wine cellar, table and chairs, everything you need to share a moment with friends or family. Next to the swimming pool, there are several sunbeds and a chill-out area. On the opposite side of the villa there is another corner with chairs and table to share an aperitif in a more private atmosphere.



SITUATION: Villa situated in Benissa, a few minutes away from all services but in a very quiet and private street. Very good orientation with light all day long.
