WONDERFUL NEW BUILT VILLA ON THE COAST OF BENISSA (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL, up to 8 people.



LAY OUT : This very nice modern villa is spread over two floors which communicate with one another by an internal and an external staircase. On the upper floor we have a large bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and bathroom with bathtub and shower. This room is luminous and has a lovely modern decoration. There is an uncovered terrace with sofas for you to enjoy incredible views at the sea. On the main floor there are three bedrooms (two with double beds, the last one with single beds) and two bathrooms with shower (one of them is en suite). Then there is an open and spacious room where the living-dining room and the kitchen are. The kitchen is fully equipped and we will find a bar where we can cook and have a drink at the same time. The living-dining room with its lovely furniture and decoration creates a very cozy and pleasant atmosphere. All the rooms have air conditioning but can be adjust separately.



EXTERIOR : The 800m2 plot is closed, we access through an automatic gate and we can park 2 vehicles. The beautiful terrace in front of the villa is where we will find the comfortable sunbeds all around the pool and an outside dining table to enjoy a barbecue party altogether.



LOCATION : This villa is located between two famous neighbourhoods on the coast, one of them is called La Fustera where we’ll find a beautiful sandy beach at 700m and the second one is Pinets a lovely cove which is at 900m from the villa. This is the perfect location for our holidays.
