To the left, some steps take you to a charming, fully equipped kitchen connected to the laundry room. To the right of the living room, another pair of steps guide you to a spacious dining room with an integrated kitchen. In addition, this floor has five double bedrooms, a double bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom, laundry room and toilet.







The UPPER FLOOR reveals another well-equipped kitchen, a living and dining room, another laundry room and six bedrooms, including a suite with bathroom and four separate bathrooms with shower.







Outdoor Pleasures:







For sports lovers, the villa offers an outdoor room to store up to 20 bicycles. A fully equipped summer kitchen with table football and dining room for 22 people becomes the epicenter of meetings. Outside, a built-in barbecue, a private 10x5 pool and entertainment such as a ping-pong table, a children's playground and a petanque area await you.







The solarium on the upper floor provides panoramic views and relaxation. Parking for 4-5 vehicles outside completes the exterior amenities.
