The GROUND FLOOR offers another cozy living room with SAT/DTT TV and ceiling fan. The fully equipped kitchen, with ceramic hob and dishwasher, has direct access to the pool. On this floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and another with three single beds. A bathroom with shower is included. It is important to note that this plant does not have air conditioning, as it naturally stays cool.
