Villa DIVA by Abahana Villas

PRETTY AND COSY VILLA LOCATED IN BENISSA WITH PRIVATE POOL. For a maximum of 10 people.



LAY OUT: We access the upper floor by an external staircase. We enter a large living room, with large windows and plenty of light, a space surrounded by a sofa, armchairs and a low table. To our left, we will find a fully equipped kitchen with appliances and the necessary elements to prepare meals to share with family and friends. We will find a living-dining room complete with a sofa with a fireplace for a moment of relaxation and conviviality. In addition, on this same floor we will have access to the first three bedrooms, all with double beds. On this floor we will also find two bathrooms with showers, one of them en suite. The ground floor, accessible from the lower terrace located right next to the swimming pool, has a similar layout to the upper floor. We enter a large space with a table and chairs, a sofa and a television. The kitchen is to our left, fully equipped with all kinds of electrical appliances. Crossing this space, we will have access to the two bedrooms that make up the lower floor: one equipped with a double bed and the other with two single beds and a bathroom with shower near the bedrooms.



EXTERIOR: The villa DIVA has ample space to park several vehicles right at the entrance. Passing to the other side of the villa, we will have access to the magnificent swimming pool with sun loungers that will allow us to sunbathe and enjoy the Mediterranean climate. On the ground floor, there are several chairs as well as a small table with its outdoor set, very pleasantly sheltered from the sun as they are under a covered terrace. This villa has two barbecues: a gas barbecue and a brick barbecue. Near the latter, there is a table and benches, giving a traditional touch to this outdoor space.



LOCATION: The DIVA villa is located in BENISSA in a very quiet and residential area but close to all services, the beach and a few minutes driving from the beautiful village of Moraira.
