LAYOUT: Villa AURORA, of Mediterranean construction, is distributed over two floors connected by an interior and exterior staircase. On the left side of the hall we find the first bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom with bathtub. Continuing through the hall we access the main dining room with a table and several wooden chairs. To our left is the independent kitchen, which has all the necessary elements and electrical appliances for preparing meals with family and/or friends. To our right is the living room with a leatherette sofa with a coffee table and a television. Taking the stairs located in the dining room, we access the lower floor of the villa. The bedrooms are located along the corridor, so we find: a bedroom with a bunk bed; another bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower; and a last bedroom with a double bed. At the end of the corridor there is another bathroom with shower. The kitchen on this floor is open-plan and communicates with the dining room, as well as with the outdoor area, which will facilitate access to the villa from the pool area.

EXTERIOR: Villa AURORA has several terraces distributed between its two floors. The terrace on the upper floor has two wooden tables and chairs with views of the Peñón de Ifach and the swimming pool. In addition, we can also enjoy a glazed terrace with a table and several chairs. The garden of the villa is formed by the swimming pool which is surrounded by sun loungers as well as several places to relax and enjoy your holidays. In front of the pool there is a terrace at pool level with a wooden table for up to 8 guests, an idyllic place to enjoy with family or friends.

SITUATION: Villa AURORA is located in a quiet residential area of Benissa but close to La Fustera Beach and Cala Pinets, as well as various leisure activities such as restaurants, water sports, supermarkets, etc.
