Rosa Fresca - villa with private pool in Benissa

Rosa Fresca is a spacious villa, decorated in a traditional Mediterranean style, with a very central location on the coast of Benissa: 500 meters from the Pepe La Sal shopping center and 700 meters from the Baladrar cove, famous for its crystal-clear waters and its lively beach bar with panoramic views of the Mediterranean coast. The house offers a spacious terrace around the private pool, with sun loungers and a barbecue area located at the back of the villa, all surrounded by a beautiful garden. From the pool area we access the house via some steps, to a small balcony and then, all on one level, we find a glazed terrace with a dining table and views of the pool, which leads to the spacious living room with TV and a fully equipped modern kitchen.
