"This was a great stay over all. Great communication and very fast response. Place was exactly how the online photos looked. Only minor thing was the couch had miscellaneous food and trash debris in the cracks. Will definitely recommend."

"Clean, well thought out Granny unit place, with a great night time view of the east bay. Check in box is the one one the left side of the front gate: we struggled a moment trying to get in using the code box on the right side of the front gate. Very helpful gentleman from inside the gate came to our rescue.Will look for this VRBO when traveling through again."

"A delightful "themed" pair of rooms that are quite charming! The host has packed all kinds of surprises in here...including a mirrored cabinet with a fridge, microwave, Keurig machine and tea kettle. Very little road noise. I found plenty of light to read by although the room may seem 'dark' to those used to white walls. There are a pair of chairs and a table you can sit outside and enjoy your tea. The only challenge is finding parking on the street and it's not too far to find parking if...

"Place was in great shape and well cleaned. It was exactly what we needed for our work trip. We did not spend much time at the place except early morning and when we got home from work around 8pm.The only thing that could improve is the wifi that’s hooked up to the TV. We tried to stream a couple times and it wasn’t really working. We didn’t really care though so we didn’t bring it up to the host. "

"Honestly.... I needed an escape and I was so very lucky and happy to have found this amazing place.Not only did the host handle me and answer all of my questions and be extremely polite!!!!!!!!..... They also wished me a happy birthday for my birthday. I've been dealing with a lot of depression and overall stress from work as of late and I just wanted an escape and I was in Paradise for a whole night! "Lana was great. Location was close to interstate and easy to navigate around the area. Two king beds were great and the other room has 2 beds. Everyone had their own space. Kitchen had everything we needed. Communication with Lana was amazing. She repsonded quickly to all our questions and needs. Not sure when we will come this way again but will stay here if we do!"

"Quiet, clean property in a very nice little neighborhood. Directly across the street from a church that you can hear soft organ music playing from. My partner and I found the unit had everything we needed. We had some trouble with check-in, but Robert was very friendly, prompt, and accommodating. We would love to stay here again!"

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property. In addition to having a spacious upstairs flat at my disposal I needed a full kitchen to be able to do some cooking while I was there. The interior decor was tasteful and there was a good selection of books to expand my reading options. Location was super convenient for visiting Berkeley and Oakland and I-80 is right there for easy access to SF / West Bay or anywhere else in the Bay Area. The local neighborhood was low key and relatively quiet. I...

"We stayed here as a groom side friends and family before a wedding and Hectors house was amazing for us. Spacious, clean, and located in a great neighborhood, this house made it such a great experience for us to relax, reminisce, and get ready for the wedding! The large living room, kitchen, and yard made it so that our large party had enough space without getting cramped. 10/10 would stay again if I was ever in the area with such a group! Thank you Hector!"

"Ah! Neste hotel me senti prestigiada como cliente gold hotéis.com deve ser! Recebi um upgrade maravilhoso de um quarto, para uma verdadeira casa, com cozinha completa, sala com lareira, terraço e ainda um quintal com mesa na suíte. O banheiro possui aquecimento o que é uma delícia. Compramos lenha e foi delicioso ascender a lareira pois estava muito frio. Ganhamos também uma garrafa de vinho! Este hotel ganhou nossos corações. O restaurante também é muito bom! Vale a pena conhecer! As máquinas de água pelo complexo, são um carinho e cuidado com os hóspedes e com a natureza. "

"I am very disappointed! Second time at the hotel and I asked for a better care in my staying. My room was very bad. There was a very noise structure out side that belongs to the hotel.
