The flat features 2 modern bathrooms with showers--one is attached with the room and the other is common, a cozy living area & a work station.

The living room includes a sofa and a convertible queen bed, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests.

Located on the 4th floor with lift access.

A fully equipped kitchen, stocked with fresh coffee and teas, completes the setup.

There is NO AC in the flat in any of the rooms

The whole space is yours and isn't shared with anyone. You can access all parts of the flat.

We are a team of professional Airbnb hosts, available for you every day from 9AM to 10PM!

Before you reach the house please make sure you make note of the following:

* There is NO AC in any of the rooms, this is a NON-AC listing.

* Govt. ID proof required for all guests upon booking confirmation.

* All information to reach the house, directions etc will be shared one day prior to your arrival not before that.

* No smoking indoors.

* No unregistered guests or visitors allowed.

* UPS available during power outages. This powers a few fans and lights

* Long-term stays: Bed linens changed weekly, fresh towels once in every three days.

* No parties/Heavy drinking/Decorations. CCTV monitors the premises; violations will result in immediate cancellation without a refund, Airbnb and local authorities will be notified.

* Quiet hours: 11 p.m. to 8 a.m. Please respect our full-time residents.

* Please check in/out during the day; late or early hours may require prior arrangements. Contact us for more info.

* Meals not included; Swiggy/Zomato delivery available or you can use the fully furnished kitchen to prepare your own meals.

* Strict check-out time; late departures incur Rs.2000/- fee per half hour delay.
