"Nice staff and rooms, but the communal parts of the property are quite dated. The pool wasn’t open during our stay due to heating issues which we were emailed about a week before but by then we had already booked excursions from Isle of Mull, ferries and travelled from far so it was too late for us to change all of this and we’d loose to much money. We were also surprised that you had to book a slot for the hot tub which was cleaned every other hour and completely emptied every three days...

"Uniquely beautiful setting on the island with wonderful, comfortable rooms, and exceptional dining. Pool area is very nice, with functioning steam room. Unfortunately the sauna was not working during our visit which was the only disappointing aspect of our stay. The suite near the spa was a very comfortable room to occupy. "An excellent discovery of the Melfort Village. Our cottage was perfect in every way. Clean and very cosy with all the essentials. The location is really good as if is slightly raised over the village and the view from the main area and master bedroom is stunning. You can see over the villages and through the lake. Our kids were very happy to play in front of the house too. We have stayed in late October but otherwise the patio table would be a perfect place to have your morning coffee ☕️ ! There...
