"Very easy check-in! The staff was extremely helpful, especially trying to navigate the property, LOL it is quite big. Pool area was clean and kept up well. Wonderful outside pool (may is opening month) and includes an indoor pool with the hot tub inside. On the wall is a large t.v. showing children's shows and movies! Great place to go!! Only downfall is, they don't have an adult time for hot tub or maybe they could add and adult only hottub? Again a great place to go!"

"Make sure you pay attention to the actual unit you are renting. The main listing photos were for a different unit than ours 321/322 which was pretty dated. Mold on the shower head, show floor stains, partially used paint cans on shelf, dog hair on bed sheets (when raised to staff they did promptly bring clean bedding). Curtains that didn't quite fit the window size causing light to come in. Great location and view, kitchen was well stocked with amenities. Not a bad place place for under $120...

"Pool and hot tub were nice. The camping decor was fun. Our room was large and reasonably comfortable but had a stuffy smell when we arrived. The worse part of the room was that it got pretty hot overnight. If you could manage to properly regulate the temperature before bed the stay would have been a home run. Overall pleased with our stay."

"Good place to stay if you are just passing through Bend. Very close to Hwy 97 north and south on and off ramps."

"This motel is extremely clean. The staff are very conscientious about everything it appears. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The eating area was extremely neat and clean and the person in charge of the area constantly wiping countertops and tables. We would definitely stay here again. The parking area was large and well lit."

"This is one of my favorite places to stay in Bend. Its location is perfect; right in downtown but only a 15 minute walk to the mill area. Very quiet, clean, and the rooms are fairly large. Had a great stay, can’t wait to come back!"

"Site listed a tub, and no tub was present. We were too tired to try to get a different room, but it was definitely a disappointment."

"The property is not safe, the doors do not lock, the mattress has a burn whole, the bathroom was dirty and when we tried to check out early for our safety no one was around. Then they refused to provide a refund, even for the night we didn’t stay. This property should not be on Expedia, it is basically like a flop house. Awful and unsafe."

"Arrived at 7pm and our room ( booked double queen bed)was not available or cleaned. There was one Front desk woman who was very stressed, answering calls and managing checkins, complaining rooms aren't clean, said we would have to wait an hour for a room. I asked for any room avail sooner as we were exhausted, and after 15 minutes she found a smaller room which had been cleaned for us. The room had been cleaned but not well, smelled horrible, of spray trying to cover up other odors. There...

"Really clean and spacious rooms; we enjoyed the pool. The location is great, really close to everything: Old Mill District, downtown Bend, etc. We will be back."

"Disappointed that the hot tub wasn’t open the entire stay. $20 for parking is a bit steep for the area considering there was no other events going on. For those paying for a room they shouldn’t be charged for parking. Parking is not at a shortage….. and no Pepsi products for sale. We also had to ask for bedding for the sleeper sofa and when we were given it weren’t given a pillow case when we specifically asked for it."
