"Arrived at 7pm and our room ( booked double queen bed)was not available or cleaned. There was one Front desk woman who was very stressed, answering calls and managing checkins, complaining rooms aren't clean, said we would have to wait an hour for a room. I asked for any room avail sooner as we were exhausted, and after 15 minutes she found a smaller room which had been cleaned for us. The room had been cleaned but not well, smelled horrible, of spray trying to cover up other odors. There...

"Great little place. Room felt big and balcony had a great view of the city. Good proximity to the amphitheater. They warned me the keys were old school and deactivated easily. I tried to be careful but, sure enough, got back around 10:30 pm and the lobby was closed and we were locked out. They have a number to call and a security guy will come let you in."

"Beautiful rooms with kitchenette. Ours had a table and 2 chairs which was really helpful in planning our adventures. Great staff"

"Disappointed that the hot tub wasn’t open the entire stay. $20 for parking is a bit steep for the area considering there was no other events going on. For those paying for a room they shouldn’t be charged for parking. Parking is not at a shortage….. and no Pepsi products for sale. We also had to ask for bedding for the sleeper sofa and when we were given it weren’t given a pillow case when we specifically asked for it."

"Property was great! Awesome amenities. Only bummer was the indoor pool was out of order due to broken glass, and due to weather the outdoor pool was also out of order."

"No complaints other than that they don't offer breakfast. Parked right in front our room. Did have a bit of a messy neighbor dumping unknown water/fluid into our parking spot, but I can't blame that on the property."

"This is one of my favorite places to stay in Bend. Its location is perfect; right in downtown but only a 15 minute walk to the mill area. Very quiet, clean, and the rooms are fairly large. Had a great stay, can’t wait to come back!"

"Not the fault of the motel, but it not a very quiet location. HOWEVER, the quality of mattress made up for that! Had the coffee maker, frig and microwave, which is nice. Easy check in and check out. Kind staff. Great access to downtown"
