This fabulous Sunriver vacation rental home is conveniently situated along a paved pathway between the shops and restaurants in the Village at Sunriver and the fun at Fort Rock Park - perfect for families of all ages to get out and explore everything this area has to offer. With over 2,000 square feet of air-conditioned living space, 4 bedrooms (including 2 ensuites), plus a bonus family room, 18 Juniper will comfortably accommodate up to 12 of your closest family and friends. 

The main floor features an open-concept floor plan; the living room with ample seating, a flat-screen TV, gas fireplace and vaulted ceilings opens first onto the large, wood slab dining table with seats for 10, then onto the well-equipped kitchen. With hardwood floors, tiled countertops, stainless appliances, and a gas range, meal-prep is a breeze. Step through the sliding glass doors off the dining area onto the back deck to lounge in the sun, grill on the gas BBQ and dine under the stars! The private hot tub will be ready and waiting for your enjoyment. A large ensuite bedroom with a King bed, en-suite bathroom, flat-screen TV and convenient access to the hot tub is also found on this level. Head upstairs to find a fun bonus family room, upper deck, 2nd ensuite and 2 guest bedrooms. The upstairs ensuite features a King bed and attached bathroom. One of the guest rooms has a custom lodgepole Queen-over-Queen Bunk, and the other has a Twin-over-Full Bunk - these two rooms share a full bathroom, located in the hallway. The family room doubles as a 5th sleeping area/game room with its own flat-screen TV and foosball table and sleeper sofa that rolls out into a bed.

Aside from comfortable accommodations, the "extra" amenities at 18 Juniper will not disappoint! Challenge the group to a game on the Wii console or at the ping pong table in the garage. Two pack-n-plays and two high chair seats are available for the little ones. When you are ready to explore Sunriver, head out on one of the 3 adult bikes standing ready. Choose your adventure - the tennis courts and playground at Fort Rock Park, horseback riding, and lazy summertime floats along the Deschutes River are all accessible within a few miles of 18 Juniper Lane.
