Inside, modern accents of stone, wood, copper, and marble create a comfortable mountain atmosphere, while the generous layout allows larger groups to gather and still enjoy privacy. The main living room features a striking stone fireplace and a 75-inch TV, creating an inviting place to relax after a day of biking, golfing, skiing, or exploring Sunriver.

The kitchen is well equipped for gourmet meals, holiday dinners, and easy group dining, with modern appliances, a gas stovetop, and a distinctive copper sink. Just off the kitchen, the dining table expands to allow up to 12 guests, with 4 additional barstools nearby. The adjoining sunroom adds another layer of entertainment, featuring both a foosball table and pool table for friendly competition throughout your stay.

The main level includes a spacious king ensuite bedroom with a smart TV, private bath with separate shower and tub, and direct access to the private hot tub. A second downstairs bedroom features two full beds and a TV with PlayStation 3, with a full Jack-and-Jill bathroom located across the hall and convenient access through the laundry room to the kitchen.

Upstairs, guests will find five additional bedrooms, including three king ensuite bedrooms, one queen ensuite bedroom, and one bedroom with a queen bed plus a triple bunk bed and attached bathroom. A cozy loft at the top of the wooden staircase offers a quiet place to read, lounge on the sofa, or unwind.

Outside, the oversized private hot tub seats 8 or more guests, making it an ideal place to soak beneath the stars after a full day of Sunriver adventure. With 9 adult bikes provided, guests can easily access Sunriver’s 40-plus miles of paved bike paths, nearby Fort Rock Park, The Village at Sunriver, golf courses, horseback riding, river floats, and year-round recreation.

For guests seeking outdoor adventure, 10 Blue Goose is well positioned for summer and winter stays alike. Spend warm days biking, floating the Deschutes River, or fishing nearby Fall River and Crane Prairie Reservoir. In winter, enjoy snowshoeing, cozy evenings by the fireplace, or an easy drive to Mt. Bachelor, located about 20 miles from the home.
