Looking for relaxation in a peaceful setting that's still close to everything? You've come to the right place!

Situated on a quiet cul-de-sac, Cozy Canterbury is surrounded by natural beauty making it the perfect getaway from the daily grind. Featuring hardwood floors, thoughtfully furnished rooms, a large deck with gas grill, hot tub and fire table, our home feels like a remote getaway while still being close to all that Bend offers!

All that and dog-friendly, too! (2 dogs max allowed)

Felt like home!

The home was exactly as pictured and described on the listing. Very clean, great extras and felt like home. I have very high expectations/standards and this home superseded all. Will definitely be returning!

Wonderful House

We arrived to a very clean house that was thoughtfully "stocked" with treats for the dog and s'mores for us, extra bathroom supplies and laundry soap. The kitchen was fully stocked and had new appliances. The towels and sheets were high quality and the beds were very comfortable. We look forward to re-booking next year.

Excellent property!!!

We really enjoyed this home. Very cozy, comfortable beds, and the detail oriented host provided treats for the pup and supplies for the kiddos to make smores!! Loved it, we will stay again!

Awesome place. The propane fire pit was great to sit around at night and visit. Many delightful complimentary extras (coffee beans and supplies to make S’mores). Nice quiet neighborhood. Definitely recommend.

Cozy + Cool Retreat in Bend

This house was spacious for four people, and stocked with kitchen appliances, BBQ tools, board games, beach towels, dog beds, s'mores ingredients, and more. The beds were comfortable, the A/C was great, and the neighborhood was quiet. I would highly recommend this place for someone with a car that is looking for a home base in Bend!

Checks ALL the boxes -- And then some!

This was without a doubt the BEST rental we have EVER stayed in. The cleanliness. The location. The small touches. From the white noise machines and charging stations in each bedroom to the smores ingredients for the fire pit, Bridget and Matt have covered everything. The outside gives privacy and trails to wander on. The living space was open and inviting. Perfect to relax and unwind. It definitely made me wish I could stay longer. I've stayed in many rentals and this one is top of the list!

Relaxing & Delightful

This home is in a beautiful park-like area. Our stay was wonderful. The house is immaculate and decorated well. Felt more like a family home than a rental. It was well stocked with glassware, plates and silverware and all cookware we needed for our stay. Air conditioning was appreciated and worked well. Baths were clean, modern and showers were invigorating. We would love to stay there again!

Park-Like Setting, Great Base for Adventure

We loved our stay. The neighborhood is quiet, and the house sits on a cul-de-sac, so it's extra peaceful. Sitting on the back deck for dinner and s'mores over the fire table was extra fun and a post-adventure excuse to hang with our teenagers. The canal trail behind the house is perfect for walking the dog in the morning with a cup of coffee. You drive about 10 min to "downtown Bend" - which felt like perfect striking distance for us while maintaining the quiet we wanted on the whole. The train noise someone referenced is muffled and infrequent, more charming to us than anything else. Lots of good spices in the kitchen. Bridget was super responsive and very friendly. (Thank you!)

A must if you’re visiting bend!

The perfect location! About 5-10 min outside of town but you’re still close to everything. We could even hear the concert going on from DT bend. The house was stunning. So many amenities and thought out into every detail. The owners were wonderful - responsive, kind, and really want you to have a great experience. The river behind the house was an added plus - stunning for strolls and morning coffee. Seriously a MUST visit. A truly wonderful experience and officially our go-to place when we visit again.

Perfect Spot with Walking Trail

We were in Bend for the weekend for a wedding and we had our dog with us so we wanted a spot we could relax with the pup that was central to everything and this place was perfect! House is decorated super cute and they have all the amenities you could want with the added bonus of a walking trail along the canal within steps of the house. It was so nice to wake up and take the pup for a beautiful walk and just relax at the house in the hot tub and make s’mores. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Such a happy find in Bend

This house was perfect! We were there as a girls trip (40 year old moms). There were so many little details that we weren’t expecting that made it even better like the s’more station and the little welcome mug, blankets to sit around with. We didn’t have a dog with us, but there were little treats for the dog too. The house is decorated so well. I am already thinking of when I can go back and take my family with me.

Perfect property just outside of downtown

We had a great experience renting this property. The owner was quick to reply to any questions we had. It was clean, well appointed and comfortable for our group. The only detractor was a constant idling train at the station down the canal that provided an annoying, fairly loud droning background noise to the outdoor area for almost 3 straight days. Besides that, the stay was perfect! Thank you Bridget!

Wonderful stay in Bend!

We loved this property so much! The property was the perfect location for us. Close to everything and easy access to highway 97 and 20. The hotub was nice and my daughter and I used it frequently. They have a s'mores station that is adorable and my family enjoyed that. Bridget was great and we will definitely be staying here again next time we're in Bend!

Cute and thoughtful rental.

We had a great experience. The house was clean, cute, the directions were well laid out with a helpful binder. There were lots of thoughtful touches, like a welcoming gift, available charging stations, dog beds, white noise machines, s’mores supplies, coffee, poop bags for puppers, et cetera. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was clean, newly renovated, and had a cute backyard patio with a fire pit and hot tub that was great in the cold/snow. Our pups had a blast playing fetch in the field behind the house. The host was responsive and very accommodating. Would definitely book again.

***LOVED*** This House!

We ski at Mt. Bachelor over long weekends a couple of times a year, and we usually stay in Sunriver. We stayed in Bend for the first time this year, and we felt very lucky to find Cozy Canterbury. The trip to Mt. Bachelor wasn't much longer and it was convenient to be close to restaurants and brewpubs. The Nottingham Forest neighborhood is wonderful, now I'm even looking for a vacation/retire-to home here! The path that runs behind the house is fantastic, and is a great amenity. The house was perfect for us - plenty of room for us to stretch out, play board games, watch movies, and read. The beds were extremely comfortable and the pillows on the master bed were magically soft. The master bathroom is a little small, but we had room for everything, and the huge shower was great. I really appreciated the noise machine, charger, and lamps in the bedroom. Those were all the perfect, thoughtful touches. Our two teens loved their bedrooms as well. The dining table was perfect for us - just the right size for eating or playing board games. All 4 of us lounged on the couch comfortably. I loved reading on the couch, being able to look up through the bay window and sliding glass doors to check the snowfall. Communication with Bridget and Matt was quick and friendly. Overall, the house is very comfortable, spotless, has high-quality bedding/towels/kitchen things/blankets, is tastefully and playfully decorated, and has a very happy, serene feel to it. We would absolutely, without a doubt stay here again if we're lucky enough!
