We loved the location, the SHARC passes were great to have, bikes for all ages available. Great stay.

My family had a wonderful time here. This house was exactly what we needed. It was well stocked and had everything we needed. Bikes for the whole family, bbq and a well stocked kitchen. The location is a 3 minute bike ride from the village. The location was quiet even though it’s close to the road and village. I would go back again. The check out list was very reasonable and we were packed up and cleaned in right at an hour. Strongly suggest this spot and will be back again someday.

perfect stay!

This house worked perfectly for our party of 6: 3 adults, twin 10yos, and a 2yo. A short walk to the village, well-appointed kitchen, everything in perfect working order. We'd love to book it again next summer for our annual visit to Sunriver!

Perfect Sunriver Stay

We really enjoyed this property. It was in a great location close to the Village and the check-in was very easy. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels, including beach towels for the relaxing hot tub. The chairs and couch in the living room all reclined and were very comfortable. The large streaming TV with surround sound was perfect for watching a movie at the end of the day.

Our expectations were high and we were excited to spend another visit at beautiful SunRiver, OR. The ratings given were all 10's, but our experience and observations differed a great deal.The house has 4 bed rooms, of which 3 were upstairs, and is adverstised to sleep 10. However there was no bathroom upstairs. All guests upstairs had to share the mid level bathroom. Had we known this we would not have rented the house.One of the bed rooms upstairs did not have a closet of dresser. OK, where were we to put our cloths, as we are not one to live out of our suite cases.Lighting throughout the house was poor. Even the few table lights by the couches and beds did not offer a great deal of light for reading. Also there was often a mix of warm and cool light bulbs in the same lamp, such as over the dining table.Look out for cobwebs above the hanging fixtures.Mold was in the washing machine and kitchen faucet. That was cleaned within a day for us.Outside. The small deck off the living room had not been swept in some time and was dirty. We took care of that by sweeping the deck and carrying out the picnic table from the garage for our use. The table ahd broken or wobbly legs. This is important to us, because we vacation in a place like SunRiver to enjoy the outdoors and outside spaces. Litter in the front yard which we raked and picked up. The sliding screen door to the deck was off it's track.All of thse items where shared with the host while we were there.
