The nearest beach is about 6 minutes away by car, as is the port of Puerto Marina.



The Space:

When you step into the apartment, you are immediately greeted by the beautiful sea view and the open floor plan between the kitchen and living room. The kitchen is located directly to the right and is fully equipped with dishwasher, large fridge freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster breakfast bar and much more. Further in, you have a dining table with space for 4 and a comfortable sofa in front of the large Smart TV.

When you come out on the terrace you have a nice lounge group, dining area for 4, sun loungers and a Weber grill as well as a fantastic view of the pool area, Benalmadena and the Mediterranean.

Further into the apartment you have the Master bedroom with a large double bed, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom and its own exit to the terrace.

The second bedroom has 2 comfortable single beds.



The apartment is otherwise fully equipped with central A / C, WIFI, Smart TV, washing machine and dishwasher, private parking and much more.



The cleaning fee includes one set of towels and linen per person.



To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a small starter package to help you settle in, but you’re welcome to stock up on anything else you might need during your stay!

The Neighborhood:

Nearby are the popular butterfly house, the beautiful Buddhist monument "Stupa" and the historic Castillo de Colomares which is a castle dedicated to the life and adventures of Christopher Columbus.

- Pools have very different opening times. Please inquire before booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.

- We have travel cots and baby chairs available. Please inquire about our rates.

- no groups under 25y (except families)

- No smoking inside, no parties

- Excessive power use could lead to power outages due to hot lines and congested networks

- One set of linen, a bath towel, and a hand towel per person is included; pool towels are available for rent. Please contact us about the price.

- You might need to pick up keys from our office in Fuengirola centre upon arrival; however, the day before arrival, you will get all the information, as it depends.
