To ensure and accelerate the registration process, tourists are required to provide an image of their identity document and a selfie, which will be processed in accordance with current GDPR regulations. Identity document images and selfies will be deleted the day after arrival. All customers must be registered to comply with local legislation. You will receive a message with a secure link, one week before your arrival, to register safely online. If you have not received it, please inform us as soon as possible. Thank you in advance.

With the entry into force of Royal Decree 933/2021, which establishes the new traveler data registry approved by the Ministry of Interior at the national level, starting from December 2, 2024, we are obliged to inform you that the law requires us to request information from all our customers (including minors).
