"I’ll start by saying The Lodge operates best when Leveena is working the front desk. I hope I spelled her name correctly. She took amazing care of my needs as I was recently out of a major surgery and was not able to walk. On her days off, The Lodge seemed understaffed, and certain things did not work smoothly, starting with trying to reach the front desk. One night it took nearly two hours for someone to be available to bring me ice. The restaurant next door suffered through similar staffing...

Não fazem nenhuma questão da presença dos hóspedes, aliás, fazem você pensar que está recebendo um imenso favor por estar ali. Muito decepcionante, não faz juz à bandeira "Hilton".
