"We checked in, and we never saw another staff member until the next morning. There was a purse standing out in front of the hotel drinking beer, there were people towards the side, back having barbecue and drinking, making a lot of noise. The pool area was horrible and it was filthy and very loud. You couldn't even sleep because of all the noise that was in the pool. I think if people have children, and they're checking into that total. Those rooms that are facing the pool should be specifically...

"The staff was AWESOME! Very helpful and accommodating. The room was perfect. When I thought it couldn’t get any better the food was top notch! Was in town for the Mid Ohio MotoAmerica races so I only spent one night wished I could have enjoyed it longer. I will certainly be back next year for the races. This time I will come in Friday and spend a couple nights with you. Thanks again, Jeff W"

"This was a great place to stay with lots of people. Parking off-street by the house for ease when unloading, plenty of beds, and a nice dining area and living room space for eating and being together. Just as a heads up to anyone with small kids or elderly guests, all the rooms are upstairs and there isn’t a railing. This is our only complaint, as my 76 yo father and my 2 yo nephew had a hard time on the stairs. Everything else was great!"
