"The building is old and the exterior shows it. However, the room had been updated and was very clean and comfortable. The only complaint was that the air conditioner was also an old unit that was loud and slightly damp/moldy smelling. Breakfast was so-so. It would be good if they added a small fridge with yogurt."

The acting Manager Courtney was kind, attentive and made you feel like you were at home. Little comforts from a coffee bar and snack basket await you outside your room. "Disgusting and Completely Unacceptable I would not recommend Comfort Inn Splash Harbor to anyone, especially families with children. We arrived around 1:00 a.m., and because my child was exhausted, we had no choice but to stay. Otherwise, I would have left immediately. The hotel was filthy. The carpets throughout the property were so dirty they appeared black instead of their original red color. There was garbage left by the entrance, and the dining area chairs were visibly stained and dirty....
