"Located in secluded spot with lots of green space up a steep drive from Route 3, very close to the Visitor Center for Mohican State Park. Easy access to all Mohican has to offer. Cabin is cozy and well appointed and beds are comfortable."

"The pictures shown in the photos did not match what was inside of the house. At all. In fact, there wasn’t even a couch to sit on. No comfortable seating anywhere. If I wanted to stretch out, I had to lie on the bed. There was an outdoor wicker set for the living room furniture and the “couch” didn’t even have a cushion on it. Just bare wicker. The water was full of iron and had a strong, metallic smell to it, making showers very unpleasant. There was orangish red stains on all of the faucets...

"We were so happy to have a place to stay near Mount Vernon in Gambier, Ohio. Walking into this house felt like walking into the 1950s so if you like that kind of nostalgia, this is the house for you. Did not have any Wi-Fi available. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with."

"Hot tub was a little foamy when jets on high reported it to host. Early in the season so it could have been cleaner. But very nice hot tub and enjoyed our stay very much. "

"The kids had a blast over spring break here with tons of kid friendly games, the beds were very comfortable and had tons of room. They said they would come back here for the pool and hot tub over Mohican Lodge anyday! Fantastic host, would definitely recommend for relaxation or a really fun kid get away. "
