"The elevator was broken. Things happen Even though we did not have but two pieces of luggage, the reservation clerk stopped her duties to assist and support our efforts. That was very kind of her. She got one of the guys working there walkec us to the 2nd floor. I am 83 years old and the kindness shown us was most appreciated. Great employee . We will most certainly recommend your hotel to our friends. Thank you so much. Please let your Reservation clerk know we appreciated her."

"My husband and I enjoyed everything about this property and the location is perfect. I’m a city girl from NY who now lives in the suburbs of GA so this was the best experience for me because I was able to park my vehicle and walk everywhere with no problem. We enjoyed eating in the park, loving each other at the river walk, winning at the casino, grubbing at the amazing restaurants and of course spending time grooving at Motown. Trust me the next time we are in Detroit we will definitely be...

"Enjoyed this hotel! Pleasant rooms and various spaces as well as great restaurants in the hotel. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Service was excellent. From the time I walked in, everyone was kind and willing to help. There was a small issue with my room but Alecia in housekeeping fixed it right away and more than made up for any inconvenience I had as result. She was amazing and made my day with her outstanding service! Great to see someone who is such a kind person and takes real pride...
