This rate includes:

Mandatory extra cleaning in case of animals (€ 50,00 per animal per week or part of week).

Villa Ardente is a restored 16th-century farmhouse in the tranquil Abruzzo countryside, near Bellante and just a few kilometres from the Adriatic coast. With its original vaulted ceilings, terracotta floors, and exposed stone walls, it retains its historic appeal. It bright, contemporary style interiors feature a spacious kitchen and dining area with French doors opening directly to the garden. Surrounded by vast grounds and offering breathtaking views of both coastal and mountain landscapes, Villa Ardente is an ideal retreat for families and groups.

Interior:
The 500 sqm villa is spread over three floors, connected by an internal staircase. GROUND FLOOR - Main entrance leading to a living area with lounge and fireplace; games room; large living room with sofas and TV; spacious dining room with kitchen. Opposite the entrance is a guest bathroom; double bedroom with outside access and ensuite bathroom with shower: laundry room. Staircase to upper floors located at the rear of the dining room. FIRST FLOOR - Two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms with shower; two double bedrooms; two bathrooms with shower (one bedroom has direct access to a large terrace with an external staircase leading to the garden). SECOND FLOOR - Double bedroom with terrace; single bedroom; bathroom with shower and whirlpool tub. Air conditioning in the six double bedrooms

Park:
The villa is set within 4-hectare private grounds, with a 2,000 sqm unfenced garden. A long driveway through cultivated fields leads to the house and garden. The land is mostly flat, with a slightly sloping area at the back and a hilly section with a whirlpool tub under the trees. The property is bordered by trees and hedges typical of the Abruzzo countryside. The lawned area surrounds the swimming pool, located a few metres from the villa. A wooden gazebo with tables and chairs provides an outdoor dining area.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool, located just a few metres from the villa, features a cement coating with an emerald river effect. Rectangular shape; dimensions 12 x 6 m with a constant depth of 1.50 m; chlorine purification; internal steps in one corner for access; equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas. Open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
