"Es war ein super Urlaub, die Unterkunft war gut und die Vermieterin sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Information auf der Website bezüglich des Pools war etwas irreführend, da wir alle nicht damit gerechnet haben, dass es einen Gemeinschaftspool geben wird. Dieser wurde sich mit weiteren Familien/ Gästen auf dem Gelände und in der Umgebung geteilt. Trotzdem hat man sich damit arrangieren und daran gewöhnen können. Mit den anderen Gästen in der Nachbarschaft gab es ebenfalls keine Probleme."

Carlo was very friendly and communicative and helped us settle in and book a couple of excursions. The beach sunbeds were also great. Miguel cooked for us during the week. He is an exceptionally talented cook and was very accommodating of our varied preferences across the group. We hope very much to return one day :-)"

"Der erste Eindruck war gut. Denn der Empfang des Vermieters war herzlich. Alle Fragen wurden beantwortet und auf Wünsche wurde eingegangen. Auch Fragen nach einer guten Pizzeria oder einem guten Strandabschnitt wurden beantwortet. Die Bewertungen der einzelnen Bereiche sind unsere Eindrücke und werden sicherlich auf Grund eigener Erfahrungen abweichen. Das ist das, was uns wichtig war. Garten: schöne Olivenbäume, jedoch auch viele Mücken Pool: Groß, perfekte Temperatur, wird regelmäßig...

A 5 km d'Ascoli Piceno, donc proche de tout ce dont on a besoin. Une seule cuisine est fonctionnelle, et limitée en vaisselle (quand on est 9 personnes). Le seul inconvénient est le fait de prévoir un budget anti moustique car ils sont assez présents dans les sous bois ( location du 04 au 18 Août) Le terrain de tennis n'était pas fonctionnel non plus (...

"Purtroppo, nonostante le aspettative, siamo rimasti molto delusi. Laciando stare i 6km di sterrato di cui eravamo a conoscenza, abbiamo trovato la casa molto trascurata e sporca. C'erano ragnatele ovunque, il piano cottura molto sporco e le stoviglie sono conservata dentro mobili senza lo schienale, e nella caffettiera c'era addirittura la ruggine, infatti non l'abbiamo usata. L'annuncio parla di una villa ma credo che sarebbe più giusto chiamarla casa, perchè se uno dice villa si hanno delle...
