This freshly renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath home sleeps up to 8 guests and combines comfort, style, and functionality for groups, families, or solo adventurers.

Inside, you'll find:
A spacious primary suite with a king bed and en-suite bath
A second bedroom with a plush queen bed
A shared bunk room featuring full-size bunk beds, a futon, smart TV, and a retro Pac-Man arcade game—a perfect hangout zone

The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped for everything from carb-loading breakfasts to post-ride dinners. Enjoy meals at the large dining table or unwind on the cozy sectional in the living room, where a smart TV is ready for your favorite streaming services.

Bathrooms feature low-entry showers and are stocked with essentials to make your stay seamless. Enjoy all the small details that make your stay one to remember.

Finally, outside, you’ll find a covered patio with furniture, a firepit under glowing café lights, and a locked bike storage & repair room to keep your gear safe and ready to roll. The perfect place to relax and enjoy a cold drink after riding the trails.

The home is pet-friendly with a one-time fee of $65—bring your furry riding buddy along!

Guest Access:
Guests will be provided with check-in information automatically 48 hours in advance of the scheduled check-in time.

Enjoy easy access to nature without sacrificing proximity to the best of Northwest Arkansas. The neighborhood connects directly to Lake Avalon via trail. Jump on the trail and take the short ride down to the lake to beat the summer heat!

Other Things to Note:
-Must be 21 years of age to book.
-Absolutely no parties
-Absolutely no smoking on the property
-Only the number of guests listed on the reservation are permitted at the home.
-No late checkouts unless coordinated with management. A $50 late fee will be applied for every hour after checkout time.
-No refunds for weather-related events.

We are available for routine inquiries between 8 am and 5 pm. Emergency contact information is provided in each home for after-hours emergencies. If it is not an emergency, our team will respond during normal hours.
