New home with lake side lower-level entry apartment, Near Buckingham Trail head

This apartment and home were constructed in 2022.Plenty of off-street parking is available.

The lower level, which you will be staying in, was built with no connecting access to the upper level. It has its own private entry and key, with plenty of windows overlooking Lake Ann. There is also a fully functional kitchen with pots and pans if you would like to cook. There is one bedroom with a queen bed, and the living room has a large couch two people can sleep on, and a futon provided if you prefer.

Tram access to the lake included, where you can swim, kayak, or canoe, with life jackets available. There is a space for a campfire, however, please be cautious and make sure the fire is extinguished before returning on the tram. Note: the pontoon is NOT part of the rental of this VRBO.

We are only a seven-minute walk away from the Buckingham Trailhead Back Forty Trail, which is a great walking or biking trail.
