Welcome to Bikers Breakaway! Enjoy a modern new home in a central location to trails, lakes & golf courses. We're less than a mile from Tunnel Vision trailhead & 2 miles from Pontoon Park on Lake Windsor. After a day of adventure you can cozy up next to the beautiful stone firepit & enjoy the views of the Ozarks right in your backyard. If you want to venture out, you're only 15 min from Downtown Bentonville which is full of entertainment & delicious cuisine. We look forward to hosting you soon!

As you arrive to Bikers Breakaway you'll notice that we have a new construction home with a cute front porch that's perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. As you enter the home through the front door you'll immediately notice the tall ceilings, natural light, modern furnishings, and the open concept kitchen/living/dining.

The living room has cozy couches for relaxing and streaming on the smart TV from your own accounts. We also have a dedicated work space in the front corner of the living room for those who need to get a little work done while on vacation.

Beyond the living room is the dining room with seating for 6 comfortably. We have an additional 3 barstools at the kitchen island so that everyone has a seat for dinner.

Adjacent to the dining is our beautiful kitchen with more cabinet and countertop space than you'll know what to do with. Our kitchen is fully stocked with all of your cooking and baking needs so you can create a delicious meal for the whole group.

With a split floor plan, you'll find the primary bedroom on one side with a private en-suite bathroom. You'll enjoy the plush queen size bed, smart TV for streaming, and large walk in closet. The en-suite bathroom has a beautiful marble tile walk in shower and dual sinks. We also stock our bathrooms with shampoo, conditioner and body wash so you don't have to bother packing those.

On the other side of the home are bedrooms 2, 3, & 4. These bedrooms share the full bathroom that's accessible from the hallway connecting them all. This bathroom has a large vanity and tub/shower combo. Each bedroom has a cozy queen size bed and closet/armoire for clothing storage. Bedroom 3 also has a smart TV for streaming.

When you're ready to soak up some of the beautiful Arkansas weather, step onto the back deck to enjoy cushioned patio furniture and a beautiful wooded view of the Ozarks! We've also created a custom stone firepit area and stocked you with plenty of firewood so you can spend your evenings listening to the crackle of the fire.

** You will have access to the entire home and yard! The home sits on a large lot and has a grass covered backyard area with lots of surrounding trees making it perfect for yard games and tailgating. Enjoy the custom firepit and cozy back porch furniture.

** Guests are also allowed access to Bella Vista POA amenities as guests if they request guest passes from us within 3 business days of arrival and after booking is confirmed. Instructions given after booking. These amenities are not free but you are given access to them for a cost per activity as a guest. Costs of activities can be found on the Bella Vista POA website.

** We don’t live on site but we love hosting and want to ensure you’re comfortable and enjoying your time at our home. Reach out anytime with questions or needs!

** We provide the initial toiletry items for kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Additional supplies will be the guests responsibility.

** All of our TVs are smart TVs and setup for you to stream from your own accounts.

** Please note that we want to respect our neighbors and observe quiets hours between 10pm-8am

** We have parking for a max of 3 vehicles (1 in garage & 2 in the driveway). Street parking isn't allowed in Bella Vista.

** Of course our community is incredibly bike friendly so feel free to bike wherever you'd like.

** Secure indoor bike storage in the garage along with a tooling station

** Guests may see some wildlife or insects during your stay — this is common for properties in natural, wooded, or lakeside areas.
