"The staff were absolutely amazing!!! We had to book as our plane was diverted to Belize. Our transportation was already waiting when we walked out of the airport. The location is so different, which we really loved. Having to take the little boat across the river was cool! The little cabana’s were very cute! Everything we needed plus more. We would stay there again for a few nights!! "

"The shuttle from the ferry was great, the driver had a sign with my name. Easy.
We had a great Room upgrade. A view over the river. 👍the room was spotless, all amenities there, we did not swim, were only overnight there. Flying out the next day. Drove ourselves.
You just wish all your hotel experiences were like this. 😀"

"I had a great stay! The owner was incredibly responsive and replied quickly to questions. I was traveling solo and was unfamiliar to the area, so the pick-up and drop-off at the airport were perfect. "WORST STAY IN BELIZE
Terrible stay, dirty, they didn't clean our room one day, they didn't let us know that the hotel restaurant would be closed and we had no option for breakfast or dinner. The shower in the room was either too hot or too cold, terrible for taking a shower. To top it all off, when we arrived at the hotel there was no one at the reception and it was ONE PM on a Saturday afternoon.
