Step into a bright, welcoming living space with windows that frame stunning canal views. The compact but well-equipped kitchen has modern appliances and Bluetooth-connected speakers for your favorite playlists. Dine inside or step out to the huge deck for al fresco meals overlooking the water.
After sunset, head to the disco-inspired media lounge where you’ll find karaoke, a big-screen TV, board games, puzzles, and a sleeper sofa. This is the perfect space for movie marathons, family game nights, or simply hanging out together.
The home sleeps up to 5, featuring two king bedrooms with luxury linens and cozy touches, plus the pullout sofa in the lounge. The front bedroom includes a desk and workspace with high-speed Wi-Fi, ideal for working remotely if needed.

**Outdoor Spaces**

Guests have full access to the house, deck, hot tub, firepit, and private beach space. Parking is available up the hill on a gravel drive. Entry is via August Smart Lock — your unique code will be provided before check-in.

Self check-in is provided for convenience. While we respect your privacy, we are available by message for assistance or recommendations during your stay.

- Quiet hours 10 PM–8 AM; no outdoor amenities after midnight.

- Rocky beach – water shoes recommended.

- No pets, no smoking.

- Mason County seasonal burn bans may restrict wood fires; propane fires permitted.

- Check-in after 10PM not available due to visibility and rural location.

- No washer/dryer available. Towel refresh available for longer stays.
