"Listing is completely accurate. Not walkable to the town but that was what I was looking for. Great little studio, has everything you need and nothing you don't. Clean, good furnishing, and a comfy bed."

"The rental is nice. It was super clean! The king size bed was super comfy and the linens were so nice. downstairs does have a bit of a musty smell. Kitchen could use a couple more esentials like foil, ziplock bags and some cooking oil. Thee last morning we woke up to an alarm that took some investigation to find where it was coming from. Turned out to be a power box on the outside of the house that appeared to not be an uncommen issue as the button was labled push to silence. Would have been...

"Not as advertised - photos are deceptive and the unit itself was not fit for tenants. It smelled strongly of mildew and chemicals, had multiple faulty (not working) electrical outlets, the wifi was not connected or active, the master closet was filthy, had a broom and dustpan full of dirt, along with various other items crammed in. When I pulled out the ironing board, it too was filthy (see photos). Also, the furniture isn't even the same as shown in the photos (rug and couch are shabby and...
