"This villa is the perfect retreat spot with spectacular views of the bay. Our host was super responsive and accommodating. "We loved our stay so much here! Everything was clean and safe (and there’s even A/C!). Luis was helpful with everything we needed. The location is great- just a short walk to Playa Gigante and Playa Amarillo. We walked everyday to surf, eat, and swim. El Gigante is seriously a hidden gem in Nicaragua and so is this place. Definitely our favorite place we’ve stayed in Nicaragua!"

"I was very happy with the choice of staying at this place. I stayed for two months and was able to cook. The beds were comfortable and the space felt large. There is a large front porch with rocking chairs that has views of the mountains. So when it rains you can still hang out on the porch. The sunset clouds are so beautiful. There is the most wonderful local family that overseas the property. The only downside is the road up to the place is really rough."

"Amazing house and the views were even better than the listing photos! Easy drive to town. 4WD is recommended during rainy season as it's a steep dirt road to the house. "The Cooper house and the Casita Romantica is everything as edvertised. My wife and 8 year old son truly enjoyed the great views, local shopping and amazing food just 5 minutes away from the house. I like to give a special recognition to Gabriel Zamora, the property manager for being on top of things during our stay.
