BEACHSIDE Paradise: Surf Panga Drops and Colorados

THE SPACE: Casabella is a 4200 sq. ft. private villa designed and built in an authentic colonial Nicaraguan style with a beautiful courtyard garden and lagoon style pool. The house is located just across the street from the beach access. Each of the four bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom and private entrance from the courtyard. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the modern conveniences of home. All linens and towels (beach and bath) are provided along with wifi, cable tv, and onsite laundry and cleaning services.

THE PERFECT SURF GETAWAY. Nicaragua's Emerald Coast is a top surf destination because of the consistency of the waves. The gentle offshore winds that blow all day long 300+ days per year create perfect surfing conditions. Casabella is perfectly nestled in between two world class surf breaks: Panga Drops (200 yards North) and Colorado (200 yards South).

THE COMMUNITY: Casabella is located in the gated community of Hacienda Iguana just across the street from the beach under a beautiful canopy of trees.Hacienda Iguana is one of Nicaragua's most luxurious communities. It contains an impeccable world class golf course and a fun community restaurant and bar overlooking Playa Colorado's Break. Nicaragua is also one of Central America's most spectacular wildlife corridors with captivating oceans and lush rain forests. You can expect visits from the delightful local monkey troop along with exquisite exotic birds, nesting sea turtles and other wildlife.

CATERING: Catering is available for a fee. Lunch and Dinner is $15 per person ($10 for kids ages 10 and under). Breakfast is $10 per person ($6 for kids 10 and under). The menu includes a mix of traditional Nicaraguan and American foods.
