"nice folks"

"Front desk friendly. Room not ready 2 hours after check in time. Room we reserved not available. Staff said site had been overbooked. We were given smaller room but not compensated for change. Breakfast buffet was a pitiful joke. 2 hours before the end of service, there was no hot food and limited other choices. We had to send out to nearby restaurant for breakfast"

"The front desk were very polite and helpful. They throughly explained all the amenities and stayed in communication when we needed something. The lobby area was clean and spacious. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Sheets and towels were neatly folded. Also plenty of parking."

"Nothing major to report. A decent option to spend the night but a little outdated on the look and feel."

"Tudo perfeito, desde o check in até o check out. Funcionários muito atenciosos."

"Quarto barulhento e mal conservado."

"Bem localizado, serviço de limpeza do quarto só acontecia se fosse solicitado, ficaram dois dias sem limpar o quarto…(pandemia já havia acabado), toalhas rasgadas, reposição de sabonete não era feito, não recomendo este hotel da rede, próximo ano irei parar em outro hotel, existem vários na região."
