"The cottage was cute, cozy, and in a great location—just a short walk from the parking lot and about three minutes down a path to a quiet, uncrowded beach. While the beach was peaceful, it was quite rocky and had a lot of seaweed. The cottage deck gets full sun most of the day as the awning isn’t functional. "Truly amazing! Joy was a pleasure working with and answering any and all questions leading up to our trip and after. The place came well stocked with all items listed in description of listing. Truly made our stay so easy. I did the walk from our place to Commercial Street in P-Town and it’s about a 5.25 mile walk round trip and worth doing, bring lots of water or cash to buy some on your route, most places have a 10 min for cards/applepay. "This was our first time vacationing in Cape Cod and we hit the lottery with this cottage and host! We had the best time, and our three teens all voted best beach vacation trip.
