"Owner Treats like a family member. Everything calm and straight. I have been coming to this motel last 8 years. I bring my family all the time but it was a work related job. When we discuss in our family our code word is coconut. Because we can say Mountain View is older but inside like a cream as coconut has."

"We chose this Inn for it's easy access to 2 main highways, Osoyoos Lake and the Main Street of the town. Our room had been refreshed with paint, flooring and blinds, including a blackout roller blind. The bathroom had been completely renovated. We had a convenient kitchenette that provided a bar fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and an induction burner, along with plates, mugs, glasses, cutlery and pots and pans. We had 2 queen beds that were very comfortable, along with 4 pillows...

"For a two day visit, the motel was good. It was quiet and convenient. The room was clean with an updated bathroom. The outdoor pool is excellent. A new coffee pack on day two would have been appreciated."

"The Coast motel in Penticton was a lovely surprise. The rooms were very modern and up to date and the beds very comfortable. The staff were great and helped us to carry our luggage up to the second floor. There was lots of parking close to our room."

"I left a fairly long list of complaints with the front desk when I checked out after the second night. I asked to speak to the manager but they were gone until the next week. The person who wrote down my complaints and looked at my pictures said she would email it to head office in Vancouver and cc me however I never got an email. Most of the complaints were small stuff but it all added up. For instance only half the lights worked in the room, one out of four in the bathroom. I was cold...
