It was very centrally located to family in Launceston and Paper Beach enabling us to enjoy the comforts of a spacious and well appointed home while visiting family. Close to Grindelwald, while we didn't utilise the facilities here this time we will certainly consider staying here again. 15 minutes into Launceston is very handy, Legana close by for groceries, takeaways, tavern meal, bottleshop, anything we needed. "What a lovely old house we had such a lovely relaxing chilled weekend. So lovely and clean cosy and warm and comfy beds. Only 20 mins. from Launceston and the town of Exeter only Minutes away from the house for supplies. Lovely and quiet. There were only 3 of us but plenty of room for at least 8 adults. We will be back when next in the area again such a lovely view over the Tamar Valley. Cheers Maree. K and Friends"
