"We came for a family event and ended with a medical emergency. The staff was so helpful and gave great directions to the ER. They also us to check out 30 minutes later and had a room reserved if we needed to stay another night."

"They only clean the room every 3 days. I understand not changing the sheets every Three days but not collecting towels and providing clean towels daily. Also garbage didn’t get removed. Had to request to get our room cleaned."

"The hotel itself was great. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. It was nice and quiet. Plenty of parking. I was glad to see the security camera sign in the parking lot. The neighborhood/surrounding areas were ghetto. It located next to and across from motels, auto shops, tire shops, loan cash store, a gun store, storage place, etc. There were food options around but I would recommend to drive there and lock the car door once you get in, just in case."

"It was a good stay but what was very irritating was having to hear very pout fireworks during the night!! We didn’t know where they came from and staff at the lobby didn’t know either .. woke us up all three nights we stayed there.. breakfast was ok"

"I had 2 problems in my room. I couldn’t connect my tv to the wifi and the ac unit. It was really hot that day, and I just had to reset it for it to get cold just for a while. I via texted with staff he helped, but we still couldn’t adjust the thermostat. So we just went down to the pool to cool down. My tv I just couldn’t get it to connect to watch Netflix or YouTube. It kept going to the cable channels so we just turned it off the whole day. My question for the pool, I was expecting it to be...
