"What a truly hidden gem. This property is amazing. I can not wait to get back. Right on the river. This was the perfect place to be. We went simming right off the back dock. Kayaks were in great shape and easy to just launch right out your back door. I can go on and on about this house. The large screened in porch was amazing for movies and people watching. Kitchen had everything we need to make meals at home. Beds were so comfortable and clean. I highly recomend this house. You will fall in...

" Very clean - my friends kept saying this as we stay in rentals 2-3 times a year and this house was very clean. Host was very responsive to all inquiries. Enjoyed having kayaks available to use on the river and didn’t have to bring ours. The outdoor area was perfect with nice umbrellas and three loungers. The stairs to the bedrooms are steep - I suggest leaving suitcases downstairs. Thank you for allowing us to stay - had an excellent weekend. "

Great views of the channel outside from the dock for sunset cocktails. Very quiet and easy to get to. Great spot for commuting for golf at Cabot Citrus or looking for a spot to launch a boat and fish. No issues recommending this home to others."

"This house had everything we needed for 6 adults and 1 dog. The area is perfect for boating and kayaking. Furniture and beds were comfortable. We would stay again for sure. "
