Everything is in place to ensure your stay is absolutely wonderful.<br><br>Total living area of the 1930s-era property: 180 m² + 670 m² of outdoor space <br><br>It features a large living room with sofas on the first floor and a large flat-screen TV, another small sitting area facing the fireplace, and a work area if you need to work during your vacation, opening onto a large terrace with a view of the garden and the pool. <br>*A Bluetooth speaker is available for your use*<br><br>On the first floor, a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator/freezer, a coffee maker (bean-to-cup), a separate washer and dryer, dishwasher, traditional oven, microwave, stovetop, toaster, kettle, and all the kitchen utensils you’ll need during your stay. <br>And even a raclette/fondue set (yes, even in the summer!). <br><br>This house has 4 bedrooms ranging from 9 m² to 15 m², including 3 double beds (140/200 cm), one double bed (160/200 cm), and one single bed (90/190 cm). <br>*Sheets are provided and made up before your arrival*<br><br>Two shower rooms and one bathroom, including a hair dryer available for your use. <br><br>Please note: there is a pet cat belonging to the owners of the house.
