Guest access *HOW DO I GET THE KEY?* - The front door is equipped with a state-of-the-art Schlage Encode keyless smart lock. - The access code will be provided to you 24 hours prior to your arrival time.
*WHERE CAN I PARK?* - A maximum of 3 sedan-sized vehicles is allowed in the driveway to the left of the house. - The driveway is long but narrow. NON-SEDAN VEHICLES ARE NOT RECOMMENDED, as wider vehicles may be difficult to maneuver in and out. - The sidewalk must remain clear at all times. If using the driveway, pull in fully so that no part of the vehicle extends onto or over the sidewalk. Do not park within the white-painted box in front of any driveway, as this area must remain clear for egress at all times. - Regarding street parking, please note that the city of Bayonne is very strict with enforcement, and violations can result in tickets. We highly recommend using a paid parking space. - As an alternative, there are 3 nearby places where you can safely park your vehicle. * Paid Parking - 21 E 33rd St, Bayonne, NJ 07002 (~0.6 mile / ~14-minute walk) * 34th Street Light Rail Park-and-Ride – Avenue E & E 34th St, Bayonne, NJ 07002 (~0.5 mile / ~12-minute walk) * 22nd Street Light Rail Park-and-Ride – 406 Avenue E, Bayonne, NJ 07002 (~0.9 mile / ~20-minute walk) - Please plan accordingly to avoid city citations — any fines due to parking violations will be the guest’s responsibility.
*IS THERE ANY SECURITY MEASURE AT YOUR PLACE?* - There are Minut noise devices around the house (they are not voice recording devices per the manufacturer's privacy policies). - There are 5 external Ring cameras actively recording/monitoring the outdoor area. There is no recording device in the interior of the house. ✔ 1 on the exterior side of the front door. ✔ 1 on the exterior side of the back door. ✔ 1 facing the driveway. ✔ 1 actively recording/monitoring the Unit 1 Utility/Boiler Room. Please be advised that this room houses the boiler, water heating system, gas, and other important mechanisms. THE UTILITY/BOILER ROOM IS NOT PART OF THE BOOKED SPACE BUT IS UNRESTRICTED, ALLOWING GUESTS TO ACCESS THE WASHER/DRYER. If you feel uncomfortable, we can keep the room locked, but please note that this will restrict your access to the washer/dryer. Please advise us before check-in. ✔ 1 actively recording/monitoring the Public Lobby/Foyer connecting Unit 1 and Unit 2. *CAN I ADJUST THE TEMPERATURE IN THE HOUSE?* - Guests can adjust the temperature freely, but we kindly request that guests maintain a temperature between 73°F and 78°F to prevent overtaxing the AC system. - Please note that if service is needed, our AC technician requires 24 hours' notice.
*ARE WATER AND ICE PROVIDED DURING THE STAY?* - The fridge may or may not have a functioning water filter and ice maker. To ensure you always have access to water and ice, we provide a Brita pitcher and ice trays. - For larger groups, we recommend purchasing additional ice from nearby stores, as our appliances are designed primarily for residential use and may not produce enough ice quickly.
