"I was disappointed with my recent stay. When I checked in, I was not given the opportunity to add my rewards number because I booked through Expedia. I understand the reservation was made through a third party, but I should still have been offered the option to receive credit for my stay if the hotel’s loyalty program allows it. "ROACHES!! This place is horrible and filthy! There were roaches crawling everywhere in our room along with a very off putting smell in the room. Roaches crawling ion the ceiling and above the door. Bugs falling out of the curtains. Absolutely disgusting motel. The door leading to the parking lot had a huge gap at the top and didn’t close properly. Shirtless people standing in front of our room smoking and talking loudly. This place is disgustingly and do not stay here."

"The door latch was broken so we couldn’t even lock the door we ended up going across the street to wal mart to buy a door lock wedge to feel safe and when we got into the room the floor was wet as if someone spilled a bucket of water onto the floor and the room temperature was so hot and it took about 2 hours for the temperature in the room to drop from 88 degrees to 75 degrees."
