"Great communication with host. Had a couple hiccups and she took care of them immediately and satisfactory. The place is unique but everything was brand new and it was very clean which is important to me. Very easy to get in and out of. Nice upfront parking. The city is amazing!"

"Excellent spot in Downtown Bay City. Walked to everything. Had never been to Bay City before and wanted to be in the heart of things. This place is it. Great communication from host. Apartment was well stocked with everything needed to stay the weekend including coffee. Highly recommend. If we come back to Bay City we WILL stay here again!"

"Amazing amazing amazing …. They had an issue with the front door not the batteries weren’t registering or whatever and as I waited to get in, she said she’d be there in eight minutes she was in. She was there to meet under eight minutes, but while I waited, she told me to go into the bar downstairs and give them her name and to get a drink or appetizer on her. "This apartment was conveniently located and close to numerous restaurants. Everything was clean and well appointed. The only disappointment was the combined shampoo/body wash bottles - thanks for supplying them - but the quality was very low compared to the rest of the apartment. "
