"Bodily fluids on the bed hair on the sheets. Room smelled like mold."

"The team is good."

"Good breakfast and the room is clean."

"Estivemos em janeiro exatamente nos dias que nevou muito, o que achei fraco e caríssimo foi a opção de café da manhã"

"Hier gibt es erst einmal nichts zu verbessern"

"The toilet did not flush ! Ihad to remove the tank lid and lift the stopper. It was late and I neede to get to sleep rather than wait for a repairman. In the morning the room was cool and I attempted to adjust the thermostat and it was flashing a battery symbol. I reported it to the desk attendant and he apologized. How can a room be cleaned by an employee and not notice these issues? I was expecting better from HIlton."

"Welcome drink was perfect"

"Staff very helpful. Shuttle service was on time."

"Excelente localização, café da manhã completo, quartos bem limpos ."
